GoldenTalk seeks kind, steadfast individuals who value deep interaction — aiming to impact a senior's life through the power of a simple, friendly phone call once or twice every week.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is quite unconventional.

Forget about scripts, sales pitches, or medical advice. Your primary goal is to be a steady, friendly voice each week — a person they recognize and truly value connecting with. You will phone your partner for a set duration — usually 30, 45, or 60 minutes. You dictate your own hours. We handle all the coordination, from matching to scheduling. It is a remote, flexible opportunity that offers a deep sense of personal fulfillment.

HOW IT WORKS

This is the process after your acceptance:

Thoughtful Pairs

We avoid random pairings. Each connection is handcrafted based on individual personalities, shared interests, and calendar availability to ensure you actually enjoy the time spent on every call.

Your Own Schedule

Select the specific days and times that work for you. Calls are booked in those slots, keeping you in charge. Many partners work with several different subscribers depending on their personal bandwidth.

Full Guidance

Prior to your initial call, you will undergo our partner orientation — a clear guide to our philosophy, effective conversation techniques, and how to navigate delicate topics. It is simple but vital for success.

Steady Weekly Contact

Once a match is settled, you will call your partner at a fixed weekly time. This reliability builds trust — our subscribers rely on these calls, and we prioritize that dependability above almost everything else.

True Human Bond

Lots of our subscribers live in isolation or have limited social circles. Your presence on the line carries far more weight and meaning than you can possibly imagine.

Reliability Bonus

Partners who finish every single booked call in a month without any missed sessions earn an extra bonus — we believe that being dependable is a trait that should be compensated.

Payment Method

All team members are paid as contractors via direct deposit. You will get a 1099-NEC at the end of the year for your taxes.

Earning Potential

GoldenTalk is intended as a way to earn extra money — it is not a full salary. Partners who work with many subscribers and maintain high attendance can build a steady monthly income while enjoying the comfort of working from home on their own terms.
